Do you sell non genuine parts?

UK AutoParts Direct deal with Genuine parts only and directly from the supplier.

Can I see prices in my currency?

UK Auto Parts Direct website displays live prices in all major currencies. You can choose the currency and the shipping destination by changing the country at the top.

I need to cancel all or part of my order and return unwanted goods for a refund

Availability Information

Items marked as STOCK are in stock and only in rare circumstances will the stock information be wrong. Items shown as available in 1-2 days are delivered to us from the supplier and we will normally send your full order on the same day that it is complete in our warehouse.

Can I buy VAT exempt if I am from the EU with a VAT registered company?

At the moment yes you will be able to do so. You will have to contact customer services (customerservices@ukautopartsdirect.co.uk) so that we can validate the VAT number before the purchase can be completed.
